My story begins with my childhood, where I often made things more difficult for my parents. I was the one who would listen to how to do things, only to do them my own way. From a very young age, I was drawn to books on psychology, even at 10 or 11 years old. These books never fully satisfied me—I already felt like I knew more than what they were offering. My communication with others often felt strange, as if I wasn’t quite suited to the world around me.
School years, from ages 11 to 16, were the hardest for me. During this time, I faced many blockages and restrictions that stifled my natural enthusiasm for life. Family dynamics became difficult, and I searched for answers outside my environment. I grew up faster than my parents had expected, and I realized that life’s challenges were part of the experience I had chosen.
I believe in the concept of soul incarnation—the idea that our souls choose to experience life on Earth. As part of this process, we face challenges that help us grow. This understanding shaped my path.
In my early adulthood I came to England, I started working as a housekeeping manager. After a year, at 22, I became a mother to our first daughter, followed by our second daughter a year and a half later. Life settled into a routine, and my long maternity leave allowed me to dive deeper into self-reflection, questioning life, family balance, and the importance of diet. I discovered the Agni Detox Program by Anurada Ramanova, which helped me better understand nutrition and wellness. This led me to connect even more deeply with nature and my spiritual path.
One turning point was discovering Autobiography of a Yogi, a book given to me by my Godmother. It completely transformed our family’s life. We became fascinated with India’s culture, traditions, and spirituality, which was a significant shift, especially considering my husband came from a deeply Catholic family. This was a hard transformation for him, but yoga, astrology, and spiritual practices slowly became integral parts of our lives.
After years of diving deeper into these practices, I returned to the management field in the housekeeping department. However, the spiritual journey was never far behind. At one point, we decided to take our children out of school and focus on "home being" and learning through life itself.
We traveled extensively during this time, especially good reminder of groundings is to India after the pandemic lockdown, where the culture and spirituality left a profound impact on us. Our family embarked on spiritual retreats and transformative journeys with an amazing guide, Kumari, in India, Nepal and Tibet. The experiences we had there changed our lives in ways we never expected.
Through all of this, I found my passion for creating—whether it’s through making soap, organizing workshops, or working with natural elements. I love connecting with the Earth and its healing gifts, using plants, fruits, roots, and vegetables to create products that nourish and support well-being. This journey of creation is my way of connecting with nature and healing both myself and others.
Looking ahead, I’m planning to organize tours that combine yoga, Ayurvedic procedures and spiritual workshops in India. These tours will be an opportunity to connect deeply with nature and spirit, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
